    • Region: BLEND - Nara (around 70%), Kagoshima, Kyoto, blended by Nishide-san
    • Cultivars:
  • BLEND - Mainly Yabukita but also okumidori and other cultivars as necessary to maintain flavor profile consistency.
  • Grinding: Stone mill ground at the new Nishide Tea Factory Grinding Facility.
  • Certifications: This product may be certified JAS organic on demand by the producer for custom wholesale projects, however for Yunomi's retail, we are not certifying the product we sell regularly due to regulatory complexity.
